Little Bird Music, located in Truckee, CA, offers private piano lessons for preschoolers (age 4), young students (ages 5-12), teenagers (ages 13-18), and adults. Music theory and composition programs are available for students ages 12 and older.
During the summer, Little Bird Music presents Music and Culture Summer Camps. Summer camp students have the opportunity to learn about Western and non-Western music traditions, jazz, film music, and popular music as expressions of society and culture. Visit our programs page to learn more.
Little Bird Music is a member of the National Guild of Piano Teachers and the Music Teachers' Association of California (MTAC). Students may participate in Certificate of Merit, Composers Today, Piano Concerto Competitions, and Guild Auditions. Contact us to learn more about these programs.
